Un \u00e9venement chaque ann\u00e9e au centre de la Class40<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Au 1er avril \u00e0 la cloture des inscriptions 33 Class40 \u00e9taient enregistr\u00e9s et quelques uns en finalisation sont encore susceptibles de rejoindre la liste. C’est donc vers un nouveau chiffre record – \u00e0 ce jour 30 concurrents sur la ligne de d\u00e9part- que se dirige cette 16\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la CIC NORMANDY CHANNEL RACE. Elle illustre la double vitalit\u00e9 de la Class40 – encore une dizaine de bateaux mis \u00e0 l’eau cette ann\u00e9e – et de l’\u00e9preuve normande qui conforte chaque ann\u00e9e sa place centrale dans le paysage de la Class40 et de la course au large. Une petite statisque l’illustre parfaitement : sur les 20 derniers Class40 neufs et en \u00e9tat de naviguer seuls 3 manquent \u00e0 l’appel \u00e0 ce jour sur l’\u00e9preuve ! Cet engouement rejoint la popularit\u00e9 de la course au large en France illustr\u00e9e par le fantastique succ\u00e8s du dernier Vendee Globe.<\/p>\n

Un panel de nouveaux bateaux et de nouveaux projets<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Pour 3 projets ce sera la 1\u00e8re course d’un support r\u00e9cemment mis \u00e0 l’eau comme le dernier Musa 40 EKINOX N\u00b0 211 de Benoit Sineau venu de l’univers mini 6.50, le n\u00b0 209 de Corentin Douguet et Axel Trehin, 1er exemplaire de la V3 du redoutable Lift Plan Lombard, et le nouveau ZEISS mach 40.6 de Timoth\u00e9 Polet. 7 autres nouveaux projets arrivent en 2025 sur l’\u00e9preuve comme Thomas Jourdren et C\u00e9dric de Kervanoa\u00ebl sur le n\u00b0 191 NST CABINET Z, Michel Desjoyeaux – le “Professeur” double vainqueur du Vendee Globe – avec Alexandre le Gallais sur le n\u00b0190 TRIMCONTROL, Pep Costa et Pablo Santurde sur le n\u00b0181 VSF SPORTS, l’irlandaise Pamela Lee et l’am\u00e9ricain Jay Thompson sur le n\u00b0178 #EMPOWHER, le n\u00b0180 AQUALIA -TYROLIT des italiens Matteo Sericano et Francesco Rosati, Yves Courbon et J\u00e9r\u00f4me Ragimbeau sur le n\u00b0 177 OCEAN CONNECT, et Nicolas Lemarchand et Matthieu Derenne sur le n\u00b0154 WEEECYCLING. Sans oublier de citer la participation du N\u00b0 4 de la Class40 JUFOSA, vainqueur de la 1\u00e8re Route du Rhum en 2006 et remis en \u00e9tat par l’allemand Dirk Eggers.Et une mention particuli\u00e8re pour Ian Lipinski – CREDIT MUTUEL – et Alberto Riva qui enchaineront \u00e0 un mois d’\u00e9cart la nouvelle \u00e9preuve en M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e CIC MED CHANNEL RACE et sa grande soeur normande.<\/p>\n

Une couverture nationale qui prend de l’ampleur avec la chaine l’\u00c9quipe<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Pour la 3\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive un dispositif complet de suivi de la course est mis en place avec la chaine l’\u00c9quipe grace au soutien du CIC. A la minute quotidienne sur 9 jours reprise sur le site internet lequipe.fr viendra \u00e0 nouveau s’ajouter un direct d\u00e9part de 1h15′ de 13H45 \u00e0 15H00 le dimanche 25 mai avec Louis Duc comme commentateur accompagn\u00e9 en plateau par les journalistes de la chaine; tout juste rentr\u00e9 de son beau Vendee Globe Louis n’aura pas de mal \u00e0 commenter une course qu’il a couru \u00e0 9 reprises, avec une m\u00e9morable 2\u00e8me place<\/p>\n

en 2020 \u00e0 6″ du 1er ! Et comme on n’arr\u00eate pas une \u00e9quipe qui gagne un 3\u00e8me dispositif de suivi est lanc\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e avec chaque jour de la course dans la semaine un suivi du classement et interview en direct d’un skipper en fin de journ\u00e9e dans l’\u00e9mission l’\u00c9quipe de choc. Cette couverture puissante sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9e comme chaque ann\u00e9e par la minute FRANCE 3 NORMANDIE sur 12 jours et le suivi radio d’ICI.<\/p>\n

Un \u00e9v\u00e9nement anim\u00e9 avec 2 nouveaux rendez-vous pour le public.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Grace au dragage complet du bassin St Pierre financ\u00e9 par les collectivit\u00e9s du territoire la CIC NORMANDY CHANNEL RACE peut accueillir de nouveau des vieux gr\u00e9ements de taille; ainsi le galion espagnol NAO VICTORIA sera pr\u00e9sent Quai Vendeuvre et ouvert au public du mercredi 21 mai au dimanche 25 mai ; r\u00e9plique d’une des 5 embarcations de la 1\u00e8re exp\u00e9dition de Magellan autour du monde de 1519 \u00e0 1522 , une exp\u00e9dition qui est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme le plus grand exploit maritime, g\u00e9ographique et scientifique de tous les temps ; la r\u00e9plique a elle m\u00eame fait un tour du monde entre 2024 et 2026 et est un des navires historiques les plus pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9s lors des grand rendez-vous. Mercredi 21 mai, la Ville de Caen et le village de l’\u00e9preuve accueilleront dans l’apr\u00e9s-midi l’arriv\u00e9e de la 4\u00e8me \u00e9dition de LA BONNE ECHAPP\u00c9E. Soutenu par le CIC, reliant Bordeaux \u00e0 Caen en v\u00e9lo, dans le but de sensibiliser les jeunes \u00e0 l’importance de la pratique sportive quotidienne.<\/p>\n
